What is the opportunity?

- To support the Investment Grade, Asset Back, High Yield & CLO syndicated new issuances.
- The role is intended to ensure operational efficiency, minimize risk and assure compliance with internal and external regulations for DCM syndicate offerings.
- This role involves frequent communication with the trading desks, and provides seamless execution of the operational aspects of the desks.

What will you do?
β
- Acquiring DTC, Euroclear, and Canadian Depositary System eligibility in addition to liaising with transfer agents to effect accurate and timely settlement of Lead managed issues.
- Prepare final settlement letters for underwriters on Lead managed issues. Β This includes collecting expenses, creating p&l and final settlement letters.
- Wiring of monies for settlement of syndicate issues, and payment of any related vendor invoices.
- Communication with syndicate members and disbursement of final settlement fees.
- Adherence to Standing Orders for funds disbursement, and remaining versed/aware of internal funding limits
- Collection of fees for non-lead deals.
- Detailed and accurate recording of all deal transactions, statistics and details
- Manage settlements effectively to avoid operational risk, regulatory violations or reputational risk.
- Transmittal of monies and payments with accurate due diligence, thereby mitigating risk.
- Time reporting of funding requirements, securing needed funding and meeting Firm capital guidelines
