ABOUT THE ROLE
Peloton is seeking an Analyst, International Operations, a critical individual contributor role within our International Supply Chain Operations organization. Reporting to a Manager or Senior Manager within the International Operations org, this position is responsible for driving operational excellence and efficiency across our international footprint, with a strong focus on optimizing warehouse management, streamlining end-to-end operational processes, and rigorously managing order fulfillment and vendor performance to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are consistently met.
You'll play a pivotal role in analyzing complex operational data, identifying trends, and translating insights into actionable recommendations to enhance performance, reduce costs, and improve the overall member experience. This role involves close collaboration with various internal teams and external partners, requiring strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving within a dynamic, fast-paced international environment. You'll be instrumental in supporting strategic initiatives and ensuring seamless execution across our global footprint.
A key aspect of this role is flexibility in scope. Given the expanding nature of Pelotonโs international business, our Senior Analysts/Analyst are expected to have a similar core skillset and be able to flex between different operational areas as business needs evolve. This includes providing operational and analytical support across final mile, middle mile, omnichannel, wholesale, and service & repair operations.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
- Warehouse & Inventory Optimization: assist the team to drive improvements in international warehouse operations, focusing on inventory accuracy, efficient storage, picking, packing, and shipping processes. Analyze warehouse performance data to identify bottlenecks and implement strategies for optimal space utilization, throughput, and inventory flow.
- Operational Streamlining & Process Excellence: Identify opportunities for end-to-end process efficiencies, cost reduction, and service enhancement across all international operations. Support the design, documentation, and implementation of new or refined processes and operational best practices, ensuring standardization, scalability, and seamless integration between various supply chain functions.
- Vendor & Order Performance Management: Monitor and actively manage the performance of third-party logistics (3PL) partners and other vendors to ensure strict compliance with established SLAs and KPIs for all international operations, including order fulfillment, transportation, and member delivery. Act as a key point of contact for day-to-day vendor interactions, escalations handling, and drive performance improvements.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Develop, maintain, and automate regular reports and dashboards to track operational KPIs across warehousing, logistics, and order fulfillment. Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify performance gaps, root causes, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: assist with your managerโs work to partner closely with various internal teams to gather requirements, share operational insights, and ensure strategies align with broader company goals, driving integrated solutions.
- Problem Solving & Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and troubleshoot complex operational issues, bottlenecks, or inefficiencies within the international supply chain. Work with your manager to identify when to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement effective and timely corrective actions, minimizing disruption and risk.
- Project Contribution: Act as a key individual contributor on international operational projects, providing data analysis, process mapping, performance measurement, and active coordination to support successful project delivery and post-launch evaluation.

YOU BRING TO PELOTON
- Bachelorโs Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field and/or relevant work experience
- Demonstrable professional experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or inventory control, with demonstrated experience in warehouse operations, vendor management, and order fulfillment.
- Ideally, some experience in process improvement or analytics.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A growth mindset that highly values feedback.
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
- Analytical background; comfortable in ambiguous situations.
- Knowledge of supply chain systems, Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Experience in SQL, Tableau, and Looker is a plus.
- Experience with lean / Six Sigma a plus
