
Crew Resources is looking for curious, operationally minded, analytics professionals to execute the planning, allocation, and delivery of crew member resources across the operation. Our team works within the operating window to solve problems and deliver crew resources where, and when they are needed by the operation.
As an analyst, you will leverage data and technology to determine the best allocation of crew resources within given constraints. This is a strategic role that works closely with our internal partners in IT, Finance, Crew Technology, and Operations Management. The role is focused on driving Delta’s short and long-term business priorities.

To do so, these individuals will partner with other team members on projects, communicate effectively, build cross-divisional partnerships, and maintain a strong operational foundation. This role will be predominantly shift based and may encompass weekends to support the 24/7 nature of operations technology. The successful candidates will be trained in legacy systems and will be expected to maintain a comprehensive knowledge of both next-generation technology and the legacy systems to manage operational disruption, while also serving as a real time end user of next generation products to solve complex operational problems.

College degree preferred, or one year of demonstrated business experience in strategy, execution and change management
