WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
‍
As an Analyst, you’ll be a core member of the BCN team, owning individual work streams within broader consulting projects and contributing insights that shape critical business decisions. This is a generalist role where you’ll work across industries, regions, and topics—bringing a flexible and rigorous approach to every challenge.
The role is based in Warsaw and we work in a hybrid model (3 days a week in office).

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Take responsibility for assigned work streams and conduct high-quality analysis
- Generate sound hypotheses to address complex business problems
- Adapt to client needs and case expectations, proactively resolving issues or surfacing insights
- Conduct market and competitor research, survey analytics, online/social media scraping, target screening, and more
- Use Bain’s proprietary toolkits to validate your findings with data and clear logic
- Collaborate with global teams and contribute meaningfully across the EMEA region

ABOUT YOU
- Graduate from a top-tier university, ideally with a quantitative background
- 0–3 years of experience in analytical roles in a corporate environment; consulting experience is a plus
- Proficient English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a practical and detail-oriented mindset
- Familiar with GenAI tools, Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally with Tableau or Alteryx
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
