Provide critical operational support across all AIE team members, ensuring smooth delivery of activities, reporting, and comms. This role is both the AI sponge (learning and experimenting constantly) and the team amplifier (keeping the wheels turning).

Whatyou could be doing as a AI Enablement Graduate?
β
- Provide direct support to each AI Enablement team member (Lead, Partners, Comms, Delivery etc) with tasks that keep their work moving.
- Examples: action tracking, event logistics, deck/report preparation, stakeholder follow-ups, repository/content updates.
- Act as the force multiplier ensuring strategy, adoption, comms, delivery, and tooling all run smoothly.
- Immerse in AI and GenAI tools, become deeply knowledgeable and passionate, experimenting daily with ChatGPT and other AI technologies.
- Share insights, new features, and breakthroughs with the team, acting as an internal scout for AI trends.
- Explore and communicate the opportunities and implications of AI, balancing innovation with responsible use.
- Support workshops, hackathons, and clinics with logistics, participant management, and feedback capture.
- Help Champions with enablement materials, FAQs, and toolkit refreshes.
- Draft simple comms updates, event summaries, or content pieces under guidance of the Comms Manager.
- Assist in gathering adoption metrics, usage data, and qualitative feedback for dashboards and QBR packs.
- Help track blockers, risks, and success stories across enablement activity.
- Maintain shared trackers, repositories, and content libraries.

We are looking for individuals who:
β
Hold (or are on track to hold) a University degree by the programme start date. This can be Bachelors, Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a closely related field. Candidates with alternative degrees will also be considered if they have relevant experience.
- Experience with at least one ML framework such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Ability to train and evaluate simple machine learning models.
- Proficiency in Python (or JavaScript) for building and deploying simple AI applications or prototypes.
