We are seeking a passionate, knowledgeable, and dynamic Adobe Campaign Trainer to join our Adobe Premium Learning organization. The initial focus will be on training customers on Adobe Campaign but will quickly grow to include other Experience Cloud solutions. In this role, you will help customers, partners, and internal teams develop the expertise needed to maximize their success with Adobe.

Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery & Facilitation
- Deliver high-quality training to diverse audiences including end users, developers, administrators, and architects.
- Teach using multiple modalities: Instructor-Led Training (ILT), Virtual ILT (VILT), public workshops, and private onsite sessions.
- Simplify complex concepts and make them accessible, engaging, and practical.

Curriculum & Content
- Contribute to curriculum design, content updates, lab environment setup, and continuous improvement projects.
- Prepare and configure training environments using local systems, AWS, or other cloud-based classroom platforms.
- Stay up to date with the latest Adobe Campaign and Adobe Experience Cloud enhancements.

Customer Engagement
- Manage end-to-end training engagementsโfrom scoping and preparation to delivery and follow-up.
- Maintain strong customer satisfaction scores through excellent communication and instructional clarity.
- Identify potential sales or education opportunities and route them to the appropriate teams.
- Travel to customer sites as required.

Operational Excellence
- Meet or exceed instructional utilization targets and quality benchmarks.
- Apply excellent time-management, organization, and prioritization skills to handle multiple engagements effectively.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction in all customer engagements.
- Share voice of customer with the central learning team
- Willingness to work based on customer preferred time and assigned region

Required Skills & Qualifications
Educational & Technical Background
- Bachelorโs degree in a technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Adobe Campaign (preferred), Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, HubSpot, etc.
- Understanding of:
- Campaign orchestration and multi-channel workflows
- Audience segmentation and personalization
- Reporting, analytics, and performance measurement
- APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration concepts
- CRM and marketing data structures
- Working knowledge of SQL, RDBMS concepts, HTML/CSS, JavaScript (or other scripting technologies) and segmentation tools.

Instructional & Professional Skills
- Proven experience delivering technical training, workshops, or enablement programs.
- Strong presentation skills and command of the classroom (virtual and physical).
- Ability to teach international and culturally diverse audiences.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to alter training methodology based on customer needs

Preferred/Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with APIs, scripting, and data hygiene best practices.
- Exposure to Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.
- Experience with enterprise-level CRM or Martech integrations.
