Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the accurate and efficient handling and sorting of invoices received for processing.
- Verify invoice details to ensure compliance with invoice submission policies.
- Support the accounts payable team in maintaining up-to-date volume inflow records.
- Follow up with business counterparts on pending approvals.
- File hard copy invoices for Thermo Services Philippines Corp.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of accounting and finance principles preferably accounts payable process.
- Time Management, Adaptability and Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion and integrity
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
