1-3 years sales experience in outbound based role as an SDR, AE or other telesales based role

Experience working as part of a US (or international) team or on go-to-market strategy
Experience working with and closing sales to an executive level of talent (e.g. recruitment, b2b/b2c sales)
Previous experience selling subscription based products or career led programmes
Enjoyment of spending time with prospects and motivated by financial rewards and career progression at a fast moving, hyper growth startup
What the job involves
Opportunity to play a key role in Connectd's international expansion
You'll be in the team selling our 2x advisory projects. With Transition to Portfolio being the main one (https://www.connectd.com/advisors)
Potentially an opportunity to travel to Miami/Atlanta for events / meetings, with a longer term opportunity to fully move there
Effective closing: You will lead prospects through the full sales cycle to close (360 approach)
Diligent listening - Highly effective listener and able to pivot deftly to position the range of Connectd services to different client types
Intellectually curious - Studious approach to their specialism, keeping abreast of developments with the executive space and speaking confidently around someone's career and future ambitions
Passion and desire to work hard in order to make a real change in the early stage business ecosystem

First-Stage Interview Overview This will be a 30-minute formal qualification call conducted virtually with the Head of Sales in the UK. During the interview, we will review your experience, understanding of Connectd, and motivation for joining our team. Second-Stage Interview Overview This interview will be a 45-minute to 1-hour session with our Global VP of Sales. It will include a brief mock pitch exercise, with instructions provided during the interview, followed by more in-depth, higher-level questions focused on your core expertise relevant to the role. Following this, there will be a 60-minute face-to-face interview with multiple members of the Connectd leadership team for a deeper discussion about your fit and potential within the company.
