The Opportunity
Initiates the design, development, execution and implementation of technology research projects. Investigates the feasibility of applying scientific principles and concepts to potential inventions and products. Plans and executes applied research. Maintains substantial knowledge of state-of-the-art principles and theories and may contribute to scientific literature and conferences. May participate in development of patent applications. May coordinate interdepartmental activities and research efforts.
What You’ll Do
- Work towards long-term results-oriented research goals, while identifying intermediate achievements.
- Contribute to research that can be applied to Adobe product development.
- Integrating novel video research into Adobe’s products.
- Lead and collaborate on research projects across different Adobe divisions
What You Need to Succeed
- PhD or Master degree in machine learning, AI, computer science, statistics, or scene semantic understanding; or equivalent experience required with an expected graduation date of December 2026 – June 2027
- 0-1 + years of experience in specific skill/field(s)
- Experience communicating research for public audiences of peers.
- Experience working in teams.
- Knowledge of Web based application development.
- Functional knowledge of C++, Python and JavaScript programming languages.
- Working knowledge of ML programming.
- Experience with graph base computing would be helpful.
- Functional knowledge of UI programming concepts.
