The paid internship will prepare associates for a career with Walmart’s Food Manufacturing Division. About Walmart Manufacturing

As a member of our Manufacturing Team, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of Walmart’s rapidly expanding Food Manufacturing Division! Our journey into manufacturing began in the 90s with our own optical lens production, and we have since established three state-of-the-art optical labs. In recent years, we have expanded our operations to include a dairy processing plant in Fort Wayne, Indiana in 2018, and a beef packaging facility in Thomasville, GA and Olathe, KS in 2019 and 2015 respectively. Excitingly, we are furthering our operations with the addition of 2 new dairy plants located in Valdosta, GA and Robinson, TX. Join our team and be a part of this incredible growth journey, gaining valuable hands-on experience and contributing to the success of a global company like Walmart!

A Manufacturing Operations Internship means an opportunity to explore a career as part of the world’s largest retailer! We are looking for students who are strong problem solvers who can deliver solutions to complex, challenging problems. You will Learn and understand the different roles within our dairy processing plant, such as receiving, packaging, production, quality control, safety, maintenance, and warehousing.
