Interested in working in finance, specifically global markets, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?
We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Global Markets business.
• work on the Credit and Rates data platform, responsible for providing insight to the business around the market and our trading activity
• work with quants to build, analyze, maintain, and manage the reports necessary for generating data analysis
• work with a variety of stakeholders, including eSales and technology, to develop future product requirements and detailed design specifications
You’ll be working in our Global Markets business. We advise clients and do everything that’s needed to buy and sell securities for them from start to finish. We work with hedge funds, pension funds, asset managers and family offices to provide coverage, advisory, capital markets and financing services.
Within Global Markets you’ll be working in Credit Algo Trading Team in Zurich, as part of UBS’s Principal Flow Trading business, delivering a best-in-class electronic trading platform to a broad range of institutional clients.

We’re looking for someone who’s curious and wants to thrive in a business that never stops moving. We welcome all majors, but it’s important to have an interest in the financial industry. We want to see what makes you unique and discover what you can bring to our team. Perhaps you’ve organized a fundraising event or taken part in team sports? Or stepped out of your comfort zone to learn about a subject you found challenging? Let us know how your achievements match the skills we’re after.
This paid internship will last 6–12 months. You’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You'll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.
You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you've completed your studies.
