2026 Lazard Investment Banking Summer Associate – San Francisco Technology

In this role, you will become an integral member of the San Francisco Technology Banking Group, joining a small team which provides financial advisory services to Lazard’s clients within the Tech space, covering application software, infrastructure software, fintech, semiconductors, hardware, IT services and internet sectors.

Day-to-day activities of Summer Associates are dependent on your prior experience and abilities, and include: financial analysis and modeling, the creation and preparation of client presentations, and interaction with clients, among other things.

You’ll need to have:

• 2-3 years of prior work experience
• Currently matriculated at an MBA or JD and within two years of graduation
• Top academic performance
• Motivation, creativity, maturity, and poise
• Strong quantitative background
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task
• Genuine interest and passion for the technology sector
