This internship is designed to give you a unique introduction to the Asset Management industry and offers valuable insight into how your chosen department operates within Schroders.

Group Internal Audit (GIA) at Schroders is the third line of defense, providing independent, risk-based and objective assurance, advice and insight to the Board and management. The team works closely with Business teams and Risk & Compliance functions to provide challenge and assurance over the Groupโs control environment, risk management and governance arrangements. ย
GIA operates globally from headquarters in London, with permanent team members in Luxembourg and Singapore. The department consists of approximately 30 professionals from diverse backgrounds in practice, industry, and specialisms, organised into sub-teams covering Asset Management (public and private markets), Wealth Management, and Operations & Technology. The team is led by the Head of Group Internal Audit, reporting primarily to the Chair of the Board Audit and Risk Committee and secondarily to the Group Chief Executive.
