This opportunity is based in Bucharest, Romania, with a hybrid schedule (2–3 days/week onsite), for 6 months, starting on 1 July 2026 and ending on 31 December 2026.

What are we looking for?
- Curiosity and drive: you’re eager to learn, explore new ideas, and contribute to a global, market-leading company.
- Currently enrolled full-time and pursuing a Bachelor's, Master’s, in Law or equivalent experience required with an expected graduation date in 2026.
- Ability to work with the EMEA Legal team supporting a broad variety of legal work including software licensing, procurement, professional services, intellectual property, privacy and legal research assignments.
- Ability to work in collaboration with legal counsel to review and draft confidentiality agreements, statements of work, procurement services agreements, RFP/RFI documentation, and related activities for the support of these and other transactions.
- Cooperating and working closely with other legal team members in Bucharest, UK, Dublin, Paris, Munich, Stockholm and Brazil.
- And also with other teams in Adobe such as Sales, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, Engineering, and Business Unit teams as needed to support revenue-generating transactions and address corporate policies/processes and legal issues as they arise.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; can effectively articulate complex ideas and influence others through well-reasoned explanations.
- Team collaboration: You enjoy working with others to deliver thoughtful, end-to-end solutions.
- Big picture thinking: You can connect the dots between day-to-day tasks and broader organisational goals.
- Ability to participate in a full-time internship between July-December.
What to expect from the recruitment process?
Our selection process typically consists of three stages as follows:
- 90-minute Interview with the team.
- 45-minute Soft-Skills Interview with the Hiring Manager.
