The People Research Intern position offers an opportunity to collaborate with the Research team in People Analytics! This intern will partner with analytics business partners, data scientists, and HRBPs across the Employee Experience organization. This internship is your chance to lead impactful projects at the intersection of AI and people strategy. The intern will help us understand how Adobe employees adopt new AI tools and providing insights about AI Talent that will inform workforce planning. All 2026 Adobe interns will be co-located hybrid. This means that interns will work between their assigned office and home. Interns will be based in the office where their manager and/or team are located, where they will get the most support to ensure collaboration and the best employee experience. Managers and their organization will determine the frequency they need to go into the office to meet priorities.

What Youโll Do
As a People Research Intern, you'll contribute to projects supporting AI research and improving organizational well-being. Project may include:
- Lead research initiatives using quantitative and/or qualitative methods that will influence Adobeโs AI employee adoption strategies, exploring how our workforce engages in new technology and identifying ways to accelerate meaningful adoption.
- Dive into external market research on AI talent within Engineering, leveraging benchmark data and internal insights to help Adobe attract and develop top AI talent.
- Present actionable insights to stakeholders, making a real impact on our people programs and future direction.

What You Need to Succeed
- Currently enrolled full time and pursuing a Masters or PhD degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Behavioral Economics, Social Psychology or related field; or equivalent degree required with an expected graduation date of December 2026โ June 2027
- Ability to participate in a full-time internship between May-September
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate research insights into key take-aways and recommendations to team members and stakeholders across HR.
- Experience in research methods and study design (e.g., experimentation, survey design, etc.)
- Knowledge of technological adoption in the workplace or human-computer interactions is a plusโbut not required.
- Analytical thinking, and understanding of data and statistical methods
- A proficiency in Python or R, and SQL is strongly preferred
