CSR Student – Whistle stop overview
Do you want to channel your passion for community and the environment in a business? The CSR team at Toyota is a high performing, passionate department that wants their student to join and be the best they can be. As the CSR student, you will get first-hand experience in project management and take the lead with adhoc projects in the team. Projects you will work with include ownership of the Toyota fund for a better tomorrow project, including management of a £200k budget (exciting, not scary!). You will be responsible for coordinating communications with our close partnered charities, processing charitable requests for support or donation. You will also coordinate internal environmental task force meetings, seeking best practice to suggest improvements.
As a team, we will empower you to achieve a quality placement experience and coach you to reach your full potential. You will get ownership of projects, leave a legacy in our organisation knowing the work you have done will make a real difference!

To be considered for this role, you’ll need to be:
- You’ll need to be completing an year undergraduate degree (it doesn’t have to be environment or CSR specific) which includes a year in industry.
- It would be great to see that you have experience of volunteering or supporting charitable projects
- Confident in communicating with a wide demographic of customers
- Positive outlook and problem solving mind-set.
- Really team focussed and able to build relationships
- Passionate about customers & obsessed with delivering a service the way that customers LOVE!
- Residing in the UK and either living within or willing to relocate to within a commutable distance of our ECO HQ
