‍Responsibilities

‍‍

• Engage's Engineering System team builds the technology that scales Engage to its millions of customers.
• You will help us build the tools necessary to accelerate our engineering teams and orchestrate the cloud-based systems that power Engage.
• We deploy new code every day to our tens of millions of users and are constantly innovating to improve our systems and deliver a delightful experience to Engage's developers.

‍Qualifications‍

Required Qualifications:

‍

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
  • OR equivalent experience.
• Experience with containers and container orchestration systems.
• Experience operating and evolving large-scale distributed systems in a cloud infrastructure.
• A penchant for automating the boring stuff.
• Proficiency in Go.
• Ability to break down technical problems and solve them systematically.

• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

Microsoft Cloud Background Check:

‍

This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

‍

• Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 3+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 5+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
  • OR equivalent experience.
