Description
The ServiceNow Process Analyst is responsible for ensuring successful delivery and optimization of ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and governance standards.
- Perform quality assurance and validation of platform changes.
- Support continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project success.
Skills
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and workflows.
- Experience with integrations and data migration.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced module expertise: ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, App Engine Studio
Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
- Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations.
- Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong ITIL and digital transformation background.
- Proven track record of delivering complex ServiceNow projects.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Required: ITIL V3/V4, Scrum Master Certification or SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
- Preferred: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
