- Enhance Recruitment Processes: Actively participate in and enhance our talent acquisition activities by coordinating all recruiting processes and recruiting events.
- Data and Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze database and KPIs to optimize recruitment strategies and improve candidate experience throughout the recruitment funnel.
- Candidate Engagement: Maintain constant communication with candidates and manage satisfaction surveys to ensure a positive application experience.
- System Management: Oversee and manage internal systems relevant to recruitment, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.
