Our France Payroll Team is looking for a trainee to join our team in Budapest, Hungary on a fixed-term contract. As a Payroll Trainee you will be supporting the Payroll team dedicated to France, mainly focusing on Finance reconciliation and you will experience working in different tools, process and improvement related matters as well as in different operational and transactional cases.


Your responsibilities

As Payroll Trainee you will be managing day-to-day operations within the French Payroll Team.

You will be a valued member of a collaborative team and will carry out activities in the following areas:

· Reconciling Payroll Data: ensuring that payroll data is accurate and consistent by comparing it with finance postings, bank statements and internal records.

· Executing payroll processing for France, including analysis, and reporting.

· Supporting the administrative management of payroll files.

· Managing workflow to ensure that all payroll transactions are processed in a timely and accurate way.

· Participating in special French Payroll projects.


Your skills and experience

· Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, must include Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping.

· Strong interpersonal skills.

· Enthusiastic team player with a high level of motivation, self-organization and a result and quality-oriented approach to work.

· Good written and oral communication in English and French is a must.
