About the role

Our online function delivers a seamless online shopping experience for millions of customers. During this 2-year scheme, your placements will be centred around developing and running our online operation. We work agile in Online, meaning we test, learn and move quickly. Some of our squads include Whoosh, Marketplace, F&F and Availability. Salary: £32,000 Programme start date: 7 September 2026

Keep an eye on the external market and competitors to suggest opportunities to grow Develop new ideas and innovations to grow the Online business, making it even better for our customers Use different tools such as Kantar, Circana, Tableau to gather data
