Fidelity Investments is headquartered in Boston and has major U.S. hubs including Westlake, Texas and the Raleigh-Durham (Research Triangle Park) area, alongside multiple other offices and investor centers. Palpable Score

78.9
/ 100
Fidelity Investments is easy to enter as a graduate because the company runs multiple named early-career tracks alongside large paid internship hiring. Fidelity Investments also publishes unusually specific candidate guidance for a company of this size, including a staged hiring process and hybrid expectations. The main limits are uneven reports about how structured team-level training feels after placement, and a lack of published outcomes data like intern-to-offer rates or early-career retention.
