review Chargeback and Copy Request claims in accordance with the regulations of the Visa and Mastercard payment organizations
communicate with merchants via email
post chargeback-related debits
verify Visa and Mastercard regulations regarding the handling of chargeback claims
register retained (confiscated) cards

What you need to succeed:

good knowledge of MS Excel
proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
excellent work organization skills
resilience to stress
