As a Talent Acquisition Intern on the Students and Early Careers team, you will play a vital role in supporting three Lead Recruiters who are focused on attracting and hiring top early-career talent. This position offers hands-on experience in the recruitment process and exposure to strategic initiatives that shape Delta’s future workforce.

This internship starts in Summer 2026 and will complete the following rotation onsite in Atlanta, GA.
