What You'll Do

As an intern, you will be part of the team of the BCG education initiative business@school for 5–6 months (as of March 2026). Your focus will be on organizing and supporting the 12 Pitch Events at participating schools in Germany and Italy - from planning and implementation to follow-up. Together with our PR officer, you will be responsible for publishing photos and reports on our website and social media channels. You will also help prepare for the new project year, for example by creating teaching and promotional materials. You will work closely with the team, communicating with schools and external service providers, and support the implementation of events on site. Your tasks will require you to travel approximately 1–3 days per week within Germany and Italy.

• You have excellent communication skills in German and English.

Who You'll Work With

You will be part of a tightly knit and highly motivated team distributed across the Munich and Düsseldorf offices. Your key contacts will be based in our Munich office, like you. Our collaboration as a team is characterized by mutual support, regular experience sharing, and strong trust. Accordingly, your team members, including another Working Student, will be there for you to help you learn the ropes.
