What You'll Do

As a Vantage Intern within BCG's Climate & Sustainability, you will be part of a fast-growing and entrepreneurial team that aims to be the top advisor and thought leader for both Brazil’s private and public sectors in the net-zero transition and sustainable development, developing expertise related to net-zero transition across industries and sectors, working together with BCG case and proposal teams to deliver customized knowledge assets and relevant climate action, sustainability and ESG topic advisory.In addition, with guidance from senior colleagues, you will support your topic/sector in developing intellectual property & knowledge assets and managing content on internal BCG websites, ensuring availability of latest, high-quality content. You will also support business development and go-to-market efforts for Climate & Sustainability business, as opportunities arise, contributing research and analysis to marketing efforts conferences, and publications.

What You'll Bring

• Must be enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program during the internship.
• A university agreement is required.
• Bachelor's degree expected to 2027.
• Strong interest in Climate & Environment topics (e.g., GHG emissions baseline, energy transition, sustainable supply chain, sustainable finance, circularity); willingness to develop as an expert in that area.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
• Previous experience in research to support market analysis appreciated.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities.
