Role Purpose:
Requires a creative self-motivated individual who seeks out solutions to the challenges associated with the position and drives these solutions through to completion. Applying process technical knowledge, skills, and expertise from concept through delivery of process and equipment at production areas Work closely with other engineers and technicians to define and perform experiments to develop process technologies and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors; exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques to obtaining solutions.
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to design and develop new process methods
- Support project teams and the definition of project deliverables and timelines
- Maintain and improve a safe work environment
Experiences/Education - Required
- Student in the final semesters of a bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics
- Demonstrated problem solving techniques
- Ability to clearly express technical ideas
- Organized with good planning and time management skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in the use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoin
