We are seeking a full-time Human Factors Avionics Flight Deck Design Engineer 1 to design intuitive graphical user interfaces (GUIs) for flight deck avionics systems in our Olathe, KS location. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and design of superior aviation products and ensuring systems are designed to meet the needs and capabilities of intended users as well as helping design intuitive interfaces, controls, displays, and user experiences to optimize human performance and minimize human error. You will combine expertise in human-machine interaction, visual design, and avionics standards to create pilot-centered functions and feature that enhance pilot workflow, lowering workload and increasing efficiency.
