To be eligible, you must be a 4th year bachelors/undergraduate due to complete your degree by August 2026 and studying an Engineering field or Finance, Economics with an inclination towards FinTech/Technology.

Our graduates join us on a permanent basis, and from day one you will be aligned to LSEG Markets Engineering as a Business Analyst, which will allow you to develop within a secure framework.  

We have opportunities for graduates to join our Colombo – Malabe hub as a Business Analyst.

Highlights of the Graduate Programme   

• Conduct requirement elicitation or Change Requests (CR) to ensure business needs are correctly captured.

• Analyze product/solution impact and build acceptance criteria for CRs; review test cases and verify coverage.

• Facilitate functional refinement with development team members.

• Maintain backlog visibility and ensure readiness of stories for the next two sprints.

• Adhere to documentation templates and maintain appropriate detail for epic/story level requirements.

• Maintain/evaluate traceability of requirements and link functional/non-functional requirements with test documents.

• Conduct ‘show and tell’ sessions (sprint reviews) on selected CRs.

We will also support you in discovering more about the areas of LSEG by connecting you with the relevant departments so that you can learn more about them. All the while you will be applying your new skills to real world business challenges, through project-based learning.
