Get to Know the Role
You will build end-to-end marketing campaigns to drive sales (GMV) and demand across cities in Thailand, excluding Bangkok. You will be accountable for all new growth initiatives, including performance monitoring and target tracking. Our ambition is to make GrabFood the top choice in every city across Thailand.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- You will plan and implement all marketing campaigns for other cities markets from end-to-end and responsible for new scalable campaign with local market insights
- You will work with operation team to achieve business growth and operational excellence
- You will responsible for discussion with external parties such as Agencies or Business partners
- You can work collaboratively with multiple partners both internal and external
- You will support partner negotiation, partner contracts and adherence to operating budget of Marketing
- You will perform post-mortem in data-driven manner to justify campaign and business target
- You will support purchase requisition process for all marketing campaigns
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in consumer marketing (campaign marketing, partnerships/brand marketing or marketing communications) with exposure on online and offline media
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communication or other advertising
- You can create creative briefs and new campaign initiative
- You have excellent in project management, communication skill in both written and spoken English
- You enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while effectively managing multiple tasks
- You enjoy brainstorming, coming up with creative ideas and hunger for success
