Responsibilities:
- Assist in building, testing, and maintaining data pipelines using Python.
- Work with databases to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data.
- Support data processing and analytics workflows in Databricks.
- Support AI/ML initiatives by designing efficient data pipelines, feature stores, and data validation processes.
- Help clean, validate, and optimize large datasets for reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to understand data needs.
- Document data processes, workflows, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot data quality or pipeline issues under supervision.

Technical Qualifications:
- You must be to commence your internship from the 15th June until the 21st August 2026.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, ideally in your penultimate year.
- Basic to intermediate Python programming skills.
- Understanding of relational databases and SQL.
- Familiarity with data structures, data modelling, and ETL concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a collaborative environment.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS preferred) is a plus.
- You must have the right to work in the UK through UK citizenship or approved EU Settlement Scheme.
