You will join the Pricing & Performance Team. Your major responsibility will be to ensure that global operations teams follow established guidelines, workflows, and policies by developing clear communication materials, structured procedures, and process documentation. You will design and deliver structured workflows, training materials, and visual communication assets (dashboards, infographics, Lipper Knowledgebase hub) to make sophisticated financial and methodological content easy to understand. You will lead and support quality control and enhancement projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive content enhancements and process improvements. You will be the first point of contact for methodology and technical queries from other team members.

You will help the team to provide the funds' community i.e. financial professional, funds companies and most importantly funds investors with information, analyses and tools needed by each group to reach their goals in terms of information and investment.
- Excellent understanding of Pricing & Performance dataset and methodology
- Master user of LCORE
- Practical knowledge of MS Excel on advanced level
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical and detailed–oriented approach
- Proactive support to global data teams
- At least one year of experience in Global S&Q Team
- You have a degree in Economics/Finance
- You have knowledge and interest in Investment Funds content
- You know how to operate on LSEG products; Workspace and Lipper for Investment Management
- You are able to work under pressure
- You have coaching and mentoring skills
- You have taken part in a global project, cooperating with various partners (Research, Content Management, Specialists' Team etc.)
- Quality control of global Pricing & Performance work
- Support P&P Teams with Lipper methodology, respond to data team queries
- Create and provide metrics on the Content Teams' work
- Coach and train new starters and analysts on data issues, databases and products
