About the Role:
The Treasury Analyst will be primarily responsible for cash liquidity planning and forecasting contributing to the success of the Corporate Treasury team, whether from a process or technology perspective. This role requires a hands-on person who can both identify and execute processes in consideration of the team and organizational. This person may also be required to manage or contribute to “business-as-usual” processes.
Responsibilities and Impact:
- Identify Treasury technology projects and drive to completion, whether related to the Treasury Management System (Kyriba) or other technology
- Support and execute on strategic banking projects to simplify Treasury operations and banking footprint
- Maintain oversight of cash liquidity and positions
- Drive global cash repatriation process, working with Tax, Legal, and Controllers. Manage reporting and communication around program status and results
- Develop and document treasury policies and procedures that support efficient business operations, while maintaining a strong internal control environment
- Support other reporting (intercompany debt, free cash flow, interest expense, quarterly reporting, etc.) and Treasury capital programs as needed
- Support all treasury functions on an as-needed basis.
- Provide audit support
- When critical issues arise, unravel sequence of events and propose go-forward solution / process changes with internal teams / banks as appropriate
- Provide backup support for various team members when required
- Lead, mentor and develop other Treasury team members

Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses, and certifications. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits. What We’re Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in cash management, treasury operations, or financial management, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Knowledge of Kyriba or similar treasury workstation required with proficiency in forecasting tools
- Knowledge of an array of Treasury areas strongly preferred – Cash Management, Risk Management, Financial Instruments, etc.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Advanced data analysis skills using Excel
