We are seeking a highly motivated student to join our team and contribute to research and experimentation in AI-driven productivity solutions. This role offers hands-on experience with emerging AI technologies and their application in software development and operational processes.

Your responsibilities

- Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on existing and emerging AI tools and methodologies applicable to productivity enhancement
- Development Flow Optimization:
- Investigate and experiment with AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, other code generation/analysis tools) to improve software development efficiency
- Explore AI applications for automating or assisting in unit test preparation and generation
- Research AI-driven solutions for streamlining documentation creation, maintenance, and quality
- Operational Process Improvement:
- Analyze current processes for roadmap preparation and identify areas where AI tools can provide assistance or automation
- Investigate AI-powered approaches for more efficient and accurate Key Performance Indicator (KPI) calculation and reporting
- Experimentation & Prototyping: Set up and conduct controlled experiments with selected AI tools to evaluate their effectiveness and impact on productivity. Potentially develop small prototypes or proof-of-concepts
- Documentation & Recommendation: Document research findings, experimental results, and provide clear, actionable recommendations for integrating AI tools and process changes
- Presentation: Present findings and recommendations to the team and relevant stakeholders

Your skills and experience
β
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with GitHub Copilot: Demonstrated experience or strong familiarity with using Copilot for software development tasks.
- Openness to AI Tools: Eagerness and ability to quickly learn and experiment with various AI tools (e.g., Large Language Models, generative AI for text/code, automation platforms).
Programming Fundamentals: Basic programming skills (e.g., Python, C) are beneficial for experimentation and potential prototyping.
- Soft Skills:
- Research & Analytical Skills: Strong ability to conduct independent research, analyze data, and draw insightful conclusions
- Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying challenges and proposing creative solutions
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documenting findings and presenting recommendations
- Self-Driven & Curious: Highly motivated, able to work independently, and possess a strong curiosity for new technologies and process improvement
