Your Internship Experience

This will be a 6-month internship program, and you will also have the flexibility to choose the business area that excites you most.

Internship Opportunities

ZWS Compliance Intern

• Assist in reviewing exception cases and preparing thorough file notes to document findings and actions taken.
• Support the team in processing and evaluating withdrawal cases, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines.
• Help conduct compliance screenings and assist with the clearance of screening “hits,” including local data hosting testing.
• Contribute to monitoring reviews, helping to assess and improve ongoing compliance processes.
• Assist in reviewing, updating, and maintaining compliance policies to reflect changes in regulations and best practices.
• Help update the regulatory log and maintain trackers for compliance reports, supporting timely and accurate reporting.

ZWS Service Centre Intern

• Meet customer requirements through processing a range of tasks encompassing the full product range.  
• Identify, build, and maintain excellent customer relationships and loyalty by supporting our customers.
• Gain and demonstrate knowledge of relevant systems, products, processes, and procedures to aid delivery of seamless customer service to our clients.
• Learn to take personal responsibility for resolving customers’ concerns.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement of customer service processes and systems to manager and colleagues.

Who we're looking for:

• You hold a valid residence visa in the United Arab Emirates
• You need to be able to commit to the full duration (6 months) of the internship program
• You’re a fresh graduate or anyone who graduated within the past 12 months  
• You’re genuinely interested in building a career in insurance
• You have a positive attitude and a genuine eagerness to learn
• You communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and verbally
• You pay attention to detail and stay organized
• You’re comfortable using Microsoft Office 365
• You work well independently and as part of a team
