Lazard Private Capital Advisory (“PCA”) is a global business with ten offices across the U.S., Europe, Asia and the Middle East. The team is comprised of over 90 professionals across two core markets: primary fundraising and secondary advisory. PCA clients include a broad of range of leading private equity, private credit, real estate, and infrastructure investors who pursue investment opportunities within these alternative investment spaces. Lazard PCA is a recognized leader in these markets and one of the longest tenured firms operating in the space.
Lazard’s Secondary Advisory group advises on the sale of private fund interests and direct securities interests via GP-led transactions (single / multi-asset continuation fund, strip sale, tender offer, etc.) and LP-led transactions (sale processes of existing fund positions on behalf of institutional investors). Interactions are primarily with private equity clients and institutional investors (sovereign wealth funds, public funds, corporate pension funds, foundations/endowments, financial institutions, fund of funds and asset managers). Lazard’s Secondary Advisory group works with all types of financial sponsors (buyout, growth equity, venture capital, infrastructure and real assets) and analyzes portfolios across all industry verticals for clients on all major secondary transaction structures.
PCA is looking for a 2026 Summer Associate to join our Secondary Advisory team based in New York. Summer Associates will work as part of a small client team on a variety of projects throughout the 10-week program.
Day-to-day activities of Summer Associates are dependent on your prior experience and abilities, and include: financial analysis and modeling, the creation and preparation of client and company presentations, and interaction with clients, among other things.
