• collaborate with senior leaders to drive strategic projects and initiatives
• analyse business performance and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency
• support the development and implementation of innovative solutions to enhance client experiences
• gain exposure to key areas such as strategic and financial planning, risk management, and operational excellence
• work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business priorities
You’ll be part of the Business Management Team of UBS Global Wealth Management in Germany, located in our European Headquarter in Frankfurt. Your team operates as the interface function to our market head and our client advisors and other related departments. As part of the team, you’ll be supporting and improving the day-to-day business processes for our client advisors. Further you’ll be working on strategic projects and creating reporting’s and presentations for our market head. Help us improving our operational processes and further elevating our business model in Germany and Europe.
We’re looking for a candidate who:
• is graduating between 2024 and 2026
• has a 2.1 (or equivalent) in their first undergraduate degree
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
• is fluent in German and English language

Our Graduate Talent Program is 18 months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of wealth management. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network.
